PU MORTAR FLOOR SYSTEM
A self-priming, 5-component, troweled polyurethane screed with seal-sealing finish. The standard thickness is nominal 6-9mm. It cures to an extremely hard, high impact resistance mortar which exhibits excellent abrasion, wear, temperature and chemical resistance.

Applications: Food and Beverage industry, Cold storage areas, Kitchens, Meat/Fish display areas, Etc.
PU 108 POLYURETHANE COATING
PU-108 Polyurethane Coating is an aliphatic two component UV Resistant high build, high solids, attractive, satin finish top coat with excellent resistance to acids, alkalies, solvents, salts and water. It exhibits excellent flexibility, abrasion resistance, weathering resistance and flow characteristics. It may be applied as a finishing topcoat to Sealbond mortar systems and other coatings such as epoxies, inorganic zinc primers and other polyurethane coatings &cold fluid applied polyurethane waterproofing systems.

EFC 100 EPOXY FLOORING COMPOUND (100% SOLIDS)
A 100% solid two-component Epoxy self leveling compound formulated from high-grade resins and curing agents specially for flooring application. It is lead-free and non-toxic when fully cured. It hardens to a highly exceptional abrasion resistant coating, with high bond strength on properly prepared substrates such as concrete and steel. EFC-100 is water-impermeable and has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, alkalis and most dilute acids.

LIQUID FLOOR HARDENER and DUSTPROOFING
Flortec penetrates deep into the concrete surface reacting with free lime (calcium hydrate and calcium carbonate) to form insoluble pore blocking compounds. These compounds hardened the concrete surface rendering it dust free and because of the pore blocking action the penetration of liquids such as mineral oil, petrol, alcohol, water and alcoholic solutions are reduced.
