BOSSIL BS-8620

A one-part, high-performance hybrid sealant that is based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It has excellent weathering, UV, and temperature resistance characteristics. The low VOC formula does not contain solvent & isocyanate hence will not face shrinkage and air bubbling issue. It is also free of silicone oil, reducing aesthetic issues caused by silicone oil- staining/streaking. The adhesion on various substrates is good even without primer, yet it is paintable with common industrial paints.

LIQUID POLYURETHANE WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE

DESCRIPTION

Is a one-part ready to use coal tar free bitumen modified, moisture curing polyurethane membrane. After curing it provides a tough highly elastomeric, impervious barrier to moisture. Suitable for application by brush, roller or towel.

FOOD GRADE EPOXY TANK LINING

A two- component epoxy compound formulated from high- grade epoxy resins and modified polyamide curing agents especially for storage tanks. It is lead-free, food- grade and non-toxic when fully cured. It hardens to an abrasive resistance coating with excellent adhesive strength on properly prepared substrates such as concrete and steel. It's a  water- impermeable and has excellent resistance to oil, solvents, alkalis and most dilute acids.

CEMENTITIOUS CAPILLARY WATERPROOFING

A crystalline waterproofing formulation of selected blends of cement, fine quartz sand and active chemical constituents providing a lasting imperviousness to water. In the presence of moisture, the active chemicals penetrate concrete and reacts chemically with free lime to produce insoluble crystals. This product feature is permanently active. The crystalline growth reduces porosity by blocking capillaries and filling hairline non- structural cracks caused by shrinkage or expansion. In the presence of moisture, continuously forms crystals.

P.E SHEET is a polyethylene film which has been calendered into a sheet of uniform thickness. It is available in transparent film as standard. It acts as a permanent moisture barrier concrete slab floor.

USAGE
P.E SHEET is used for the protection of floors against moisture, oil and other hazards. It is also used particularly in porous or absorbent ground in order to retain water in the concrete thus eliminating too fast drying out.

GEOSYNTHETIC CLAY LINER

Bentofix® Thermal Lock geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) are needle-punched reinforced composites which com- bine two durable geotextile outer layers and a uniform core of high swelling powder sodium bentonite clay to form a hydraulic barrier. When hydrated with fresh water, the bentonite swells to form a low permeability layer with the equivalent hydraulic protec- tion of a thick compacted clay liner. A proprietary heat treating process – Thermal Lock – in addition permanently locks the needle-punched fibres, increa- ses the pull-out resistance of the fibres and ensures long term shear resistance.

REBSTOP ULTRA SEAL

A two product system composed of Rebstop Tubes and Rebinject PU. The system is used for water sealing of below grade construction joints of retaining walls & floor, construction joints of reinforced concrete reservoir, joints of beams & masonry walls and other joints or gap that is subjected to water leaks.

POLYURETHANE WATERPROOFING INJECTION SYSTEM

Polyurethane based foam injection material used in stopping water leaks. It forms into tough, impervious and elastic foam upon curing and adheres to practically all substrates wet and dry. It is used to used to stop water leaks coming through cracks or honeycomb concrete, voids between walls and floors and construction joints.
